Starting a fundraiser is simple – but thoughtful. Each application is carefully reviewed to ensure your cause aligns with our mission and values.

How it works

  • Created by Febrian Hidayatfrom Noun Project Submit your fundraiser idea. Fill out the form, to tell us about the cause you want to support. Whether it's helping a local shelter providing supplies for children or supporting a family in need if it reflects compassion community and integrity, we'll take a close look.
  • Created by Iqbal Taufiq Alimfrom Noun Project Review and approval every application is personally reviewed to ensure your fundraiser aligns with the heart of this platform. At this time our founder and trusted partner organizations- like Four Day Movement, may be a part of the vetting process to help confirm authenticity and purpose.
  • Created by Nice Designfrom Noun Project Receive support and proceeds every purchase made through your fundraiser sends 50% directly to your cause, the remaining 50% supports production, site operations, and long-term sustainability.
  • Created by kusuma potterfrom Noun Project Promote and raise funds. Once you live, you'll be responsible for sharing your campaign. We provide the platform and tools you bring the passion and voice to connect with your supporters.
  • Created by Roat Studiofrom Noun Project Get set up if your fundraiser is approved, your cause will be added to our active charity list on the site. When visitors make a purchase, they'll be able to select your fundraiser from the drop-down menu during checkout. While all fundraisers currently share the same storefront, your cause will be clearly listed for supporters to choose. At the end of each month, we'll track the purchases for each fundraiser and direct 50% of the proceeds to the designated cause.

Payouts and fund distribution

We believe in transparency and timely giving.

All approved fundraisers will receive a payout summary at the end of each month. A check ( or designated transfer) will be sent directly to the charity or cause reflecting the total amount raised during that month through your fundraiser.

Here's how it works:

• Payouts are processed and issued by the 1st week of the following month fundraisers will receive a statement showing product sales and the amount donated

• Donations will be sent to the verified nonprofit or beneficiary listed in your application If your fundraiser is ongoing it will continue accumulating proceeds until closed with monthly distributions issued accordingly have questions about payout timing or reporting contact support@hearts4humanity.net

you handle:

• promoting your fundraiser to your network
• sharing your story and progress with your community
• leading your campaign with honesty and intention

HeartsForHumanity.net is a curated platform built on trust, transparency, and compassion. Fundraisers are not automatically accepted—we thoughtfully review each submission to ensure it aligns with our values and serves a genuine, purpose-driven mission.

To apply, please be ready to share:

  • The name of your charity or cause

  • A brief description of your mission and who it will impact

  • Contact information

  • Any supporting materials (images, links, documents, etc.)

  • Optional: Tax ID or nonprofit affiliation (if applicable)
